She keeps her 750,000 Instagram fans enthralled with her witty messages and jaw-dropping snaps.
And clearly not afraid to delve into her childhood for a good Insta update, Kate Beckinsale shared an embarrassing insight into her teen years on Wednesday.
The Brit actress told fans she had found a postcard at her mum’s house, where her childhood crush Rob Lowe, 53, supposedly proposes marriage.
Kate, 43, uploaded a snap of the card which on the front includes a retro snap of the hunky actor.
The postcard reads: ‘Dear Kate, yes I will marry you, see you see, Rob Lowe xxxxx.’
Kate mused that the card could have been authentic, but more likely her ‘tragic’ teen-self was behind the proposal.
‘EITHER I was a really tragic 13 year old with time on my hands OR Rob Lowe was all kinds of casual proposing marriage via a postcard of himself ,signing his last name AND drawing a d**k instead of using a stamp .(found at my mum’s house),’ she wrote.
Kate has been enjoying some time with her nearest and dearest over the Easter break, including a trip to a sunny spot with her daughter Lily, 18, who she shares with former partner, actor Michael Sheen.
The actress showcased her phenomonal figure in a plunging lace swimsuit in one stunning snap from her holiday last week.
The 43-year-old actress channeled out Hollywood glamour in a seductive pose poolside on Saturday.
The Underworld star is seen flaunting her cleavage and flat tummy, as she looks off-camera.
She captioned the Instagram picture: ‘My dad used to say “It’s nice out … I think I’ll keep it out.’
Kate’s father Richard passed away when she was just five-years-old, aged 31. He was a famous actor in the UK, best known for his role as Lennie Godber in the popular BBC sitcom Porridge.
Kate will next be seen in The Only Living Boy In New York, due out on August 11. She co-stars with Jeff Bridges and Pierce Brosnan in a story about a college graduate whose life is upended by his father’s mistress.
